One payment file for everything that was approved.

Signed purchase invoices and approved expense claims go into one file that you upload at your bank. No retyping, no payment that skipped the approval.

SEPA payment files

Only approved invoices

An invoice can only be paid after it has been signed and booked.

One file for the bank

A standard SEPA credit transfer file (pain.001), the format banks in the euro area use for a batch of payments.

Choose the date

Sort on due date, tick what you want to pay and set the day the bank should execute it.

Expense claims included

Claims are bundled into one payment per employee.

IBANs checked

An invoice without a valid IBAN cannot go into the file.

Every run kept

Each file stays available with the invoices in it, and the amount shows as on its way in the cashflow.

Four steps

  1. Open the payments listAll booked invoices that are waiting to be paid.
  2. Tick and dateChoose what to pay and when.
  3. Download and uploadDownload the file and upload it at your bank, where you approve it as usual.
  4. Mark as paidWhen the bank has paid, mark the invoices paid and the books follow.

What it does not do. The program never sends money itself: the bank only acts after you approve the file there. The file is for payments in euro; other currencies are paid outside the file and marked paid by hand.

Questions and answers

Who can make a payment file?

Only users with the right to approve payments.

Does it work with my bank?

The file is the standard SEPA format for credit transfers. Most banks in the euro area that offer a file upload for business payments accept it; ask your bank if you are not sure.

What if the bank account on an invoice changes?

The signatures are void and the invoice has to be signed again. An invoice that asks for a different account than the one on file for that supplier gets a warning.
