What it does not do. This is a quote and invoice flow for repairs, not a workshop planner: no planning board, no hours per mechanic and no link with stock for the parts used.
Questions and answers
Does the customer need an account?
No. The link opens the quote directly. The customer accepts or declines there.
What if the customer agrees by phone?
You record the acceptance yourself, with the name of the person who agreed. The invoice follows the same way.
Can I use it for paid service that is not a repair?
Yes. The price list has a group for service, such as an inspection or an hour of labour.
