- Pack and shipMark the order as shipped and type in the tracking number.
- Follow itThe order moves to On its way, with the date the customer can expect it.
- Close itWhen it has arrived, the order shows as delivered.
What it does not do. Tracking numbers are typed in by hand; there is no automatic link with a carrier in the standard product. There are no packing slips and no partial shipments: one shipment per order.
Questions and answers
Do I have to create orders separately?
No. The order is the invoice. Once the invoice is issued, it is in the list of orders to pack.
Which carriers does it work with?
Any, because the tracking number is typed in. An automatic link with a carrier is not part of the standard product; ask us if you need one.
Can one order go out in several shipments?
No. An order has one shipment. If you ship in parts, invoice the parts separately.
