Where data is stored
All data of the cloud version is stored on servers in the European Union and is processed under EU law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Two roles
Your administration. When your company uses erpsoftware.app, you enter data about your own customers, suppliers and staff. For that data your company is the controller and we are the processor: we process it only to provide the service and on your instructions. A data processing agreement is part of the terms.
Your account and this website. For the data below we are the controller.
What we process and why
- Account data: name, e-mail address, password (stored only in hashed form) and role. Needed to give you access. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
- Billing data: company name, address, VAT number and invoices. Needed to invoice you and to meet tax obligations. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation.
- Support messages: what you send us when you ask for help. Legal basis: contract and legitimate interest.
- Server logs: IP address, time and requested page, kept for security and troubleshooting. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
This website
This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies and loads no content from third parties. Fonts and styles are served from our own domain.
The live demo
The demo contains fictitious data only. Do not enter real personal data in it. The demo is reset regularly.
Who receives data
We use a hosting provider in the EU to run the servers: [hosting provider, country]. It processes data on our behalf under a processing agreement. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.
How long we keep data

If you are a customer, supplier or employee of a company that uses erpsoftware.app, please contact that company first: it decides what happens with your data.
