Personal logins
Flat pricing means nobody has to share an account. Every action carries a name.
Rights per role
Users see only the modules their role allows. Cashflow and payment approval are closed by default.

Journal entries cannot be edited or deleted, only reversed.
Period lock
Closed periods accept no new postings.
Signature checks
Approved purchase invoices lose their signatures when the amount or IBAN changes.

Cloud data is stored on servers in the European Union, under EU law.

The app is only reachable over HTTPS.

Where your data lives
In the cloud version your administration is stored in the European Union and falls under EU law, including the GDPR. If your data must stay inside your own network, you can run the software on your own server.
Backups
In the cloud version we make the backups. On your own server you do, and the backups are part of the setup we agree with you.
