Stock that follows your orders and deliveries.

Per product you see what is on the shelf, what is already promised to customers and what is on its way in. Nobody keeps a separate stock sheet.

Stock per product

On hand, reserved, available

What is on the shelf, what open orders will take, and what is left to sell.

Reserved by itself

Orders that have not shipped yet reserve their items, so you do not sell the same box twice.

Incoming deliveries

Note what a supplier will deliver and when. Late deliveries are flagged.

Reorder level

Set a minimum per product. The list shows what to reorder and what is short.

Stock value

On hand times cost price, per product and in total.

Stock count

Counted something else than the system says? Enter the count and the level is corrected.

Four steps

  1. Enter your starting levelsCount once and set a reorder level per product.
  2. Sell and shipShipping an order takes its items out of stock.
  3. ReceiveBook an expected delivery as received, or add the goods to stock from the purchase invoice.
  4. Reorder in timeThe list shows which products are under their minimum.

What it does not do. Stock is kept simple on purpose. There is one stock level per product: no multiple warehouses, no batch or serial numbers, no purchase orders and no production planning.

Questions and answers

Does stock change when I issue an invoice?

The items are reserved when the invoice is issued and leave stock when the order is marked as shipped.

Can I manage several warehouses?

No. There is one level per product, with a free text field for where it lies.

Does it create purchase orders?

No. You note an expected delivery with supplier, quantity and date, and book it as received when it arrives.
